Elite Collectables Shop offers the following Returns Policy: 

Returns, damages and varrenties vary from the different suppliers we use.  You can contact us to investigate each problem or you can choose to do it yourself.  Our suppliers normally will take care of returns, shipping and damages of your product.  The warrenties are normally through the manufactorer.  Each have a different way of handling a problem. We will help in every way possible.
